Paper Submission

Preparation requirements and the submission route for ICDRET 2027.

A. Preparation of manuscript

Format

Abstract. A brief summary of the work in at most 200 words. The abstract is included in the conference proceedings if the paper is accepted and presented.

Paper. A maximum of six pages in two-column IEEE format. The page count includes all text, abstract, title, authors, equations, tables, photographs, drawings, figures and references.

File. Papers are submitted as PDF. Please make sure fonts are embedded and the file opens correctly before uploading.

B. Submission

Full papers are submitted through the ICDRET 2027 submission site. Submission implies that the work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not currently under review by another conference or journal.

At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference for it to appear in the proceedings.

C. After acceptance

Authors of accepted papers will be notified on 15 January 2027 and will be asked to submit a camera-ready version together with the IEEE electronic copyright form. Registration opens the following day, 16 January 2027.

Plagiarism. ICDRET follows the IEEE policy on plagiarism. Papers found to contain plagiarised material will be rejected and reported in line with IEEE procedures.

Each additional paper by the same registrant carries an extra charge of 50% of the original registration fee. See registration.
