Registration opens on 16 January 2027, following acceptance notifications.

Registration fees

At least one author of each accepted paper must register for the paper to be included in the proceedings.

Discounts

  • 20% discount for IEEE members
  • 50% discount for IEEE student members

Additional papers

Each additional paper needs an extra charge of 50% of the original registration fee.

Supporting documents. Additional documents are required, as a single PDF, to claim any discount or reduced rate:
  • Proof of nationality (for example a national ID) for participants from SAARC countries, including Bangladesh.
  • Proof of studentship for participants from Bangladesh. Local students must submit a letter from the institution or head of department to claim the reduced local student fee.
  • Proof of active IEEE membership.
